These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website located at https://pubeglobal.com (the “Website”), operated by PUBE GLOBAL Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company incorporated in Poland (“PUBE GLOBAL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a legal entity (a company, institution, or other organisation) and that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between your organisation and PUBE GLOBAL.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

The Website is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) use by:

• Pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors
• Healthcare institutions and hospital procurement departments
• Regulatory affairs professionals
• Other legal entities operating in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector

The Website is not directed at consumers or private individuals. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are accessing it in a professional, commercial capacity on behalf of a legal entity.

The Website provides information about PUBE GLOBAL’s services, including pharmaceutical product sourcing, regulatory registration support, logistics, distribution, licensing, and medicines export/import. The content on the Website is for informational purposes only.

No information on the Website constitutes a binding offer, commitment, or contract for the provision of services. Binding commercial agreements are entered into separately in writing between PUBE GLOBAL and the relevant counterparty.

4.1 Ownership

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, certificates, and documents, is the property of PUBE GLOBAL Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including EU Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market.

4.2 Permitted Use

You may access and view the Website content for legitimate business evaluation purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any Website content without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract content from the Website
• Use PUBE GLOBAL trademarks or branding without authorisation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Website

The Website provides dedicated forms for reporting medical incidents and adverse drug reactions. These reporting mechanisms are provided in accordance with applicable EU pharmacovigilance regulations, including:

• Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council
• Directive 2001/83/EC on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use
• Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 520/2012 on pharmacovigilance activities

PUBE GLOBAL’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall not exceed EUR 500 (five hundred euros).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and whether or not PUBE GLOBAL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under EU law — however, as this Website is B2B only, consumer protection provisions are not expected to apply.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or display partner logos. PUBE GLOBAL does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to those websites’ own terms and privacy policies.

The collection and use of personal data in connection with the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at https://pubeglobal.com/privacy-policy. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

PUBE GLOBAL processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PUBE GLOBAL with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
