1. Introduction and Acceptance

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and whether or not PUBE GLOBAL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under EU law — however, as this Website is B2B only, consumer protection provisions are not expected to apply.
